Key conditions and risk disclosures for using the Comet interface.

Last updated: September 21, 2026

1. The interface

Comet provides software for interacting with blockchain smart contracts and supported external liquidity on Robinhood Chain. Comet is not a bank, broker, custodian, or promise of investment performance.

2. Non-custodial use

You connect your own wallet and approve transactions yourself. Comet does not ask you to deposit funds into a Comet-controlled account and does not request private keys or seed phrases.

3. Review before signing

You are responsible for checking the transaction shown by your wallet, including token addresses, amount, approvals, fee tier, slippage, route, and lock duration. Confirmed blockchain transactions may be irreversible.

4. Trading and liquidity risks

Digital assets can lose value. Swaps can involve fees, price impact, slippage, liquidity constraints, and incorrect-token risk. Liquidity provision can involve impermanent loss, changing pool composition, variable fee income, and smart-contract risk.

5. Fees

Comet pools can use a configurable trading fee between 0.01% and 10% under the current Factory rules. The protocol share is 5% of the trading fee, not 5% of swap volume.

6. Locks

LP and token locks are optional on-chain actions. A lock records an asset and lock conditions; it does not certify a token, project, team, pool, or market as safe, legitimate, profitable, or endorsed by Comet.

7. Smart contracts and external services

Smart contracts can contain vulnerabilities or behave unexpectedly. Networks, wallets, RPC providers, block explorers, asset registries, and supported external protocols are independent systems and can experience failures or changes.

8. No guaranteed returns or advice

Comet does not promise profits, yields, APR, APY, liquidity, price stability, or future performance. Interface and documentation content is informational and technical, not investment, financial, legal, tax, or trading advice.

9. Token and pool listings

A token appearing in the interface or a lock being available does not mean Comet has audited, approved, or endorsed that token, project, or pool.

10. Availability

The frontend, quotes, pool data, routing support, and other interface features may change or become unavailable. Deployed blockchain contracts may continue to exist independently of the website.

11. Jurisdiction

You are responsible for determining whether your use of digital assets, decentralized exchange functionality, liquidity pools, or token locks is permitted where you live and under laws that apply to you.
